J & E Interior Renovations is an independent renovation advisory service helping homeowners plan and prepare for their renovation with greater clarity and confidence.
J & E Interior Renovators
JEIR is not a builder and does not carry out or manage the renovation works. Instead, the business provides independent guidance to help homeowners navigate the planning, trades and material decisions involved in renovating.
JEIR acts as the bridge between homeowners and the builders, trades and suppliers they will need throughout their renovation journey.
Services
JEIR's services are built around three key areas:
PLAN – Renovation planning, defining goals and scope, budget and timeline considerations, renovation sequencing and identifying potential risks or areas of concern before works commence.
SOURCE – Identifying the trades required, sourcing appropriate trades and coordinating quotes, undertaking trade due diligence checks and providing clients with the information they need to make informed decisions.
SELECT – Interior colour consultancy, cohesive colour palettes, material and finish selections, and sourcing options and samples for flooring, cabinetry, tiles, paint, fixtures and fittings.
Clients can engage JEIR for one area of support or a combination of PLAN • SOURCE • SELECT, depending on their renovation needs.
Preferred Clients
The ideal JEIR client is a homeowner who wants to renovate but feels overwhelmed by where to start or what needs to happen next.
They may be time-poor, budget-conscious, experiencing decision fatigue, have limited trade or renovation knowledge, or simply want independent guidance before committing significant time and money to their project.
They often have plenty of ideas — Pinterest boards, inspiration images and samples — but need help turning those ideas into a clear, practical renovation plan.
