Each weekly meeting brings local small business owners together for a supportive and structured session. Members share updates, learn about each other’s services and build strong referral relationships. Breakfast is included in your membership. BRBN is a not for profit group and all fees above the amount required for the running of the meetings is give to local charities and community organisations.
Who can attend a weekly meeting?
Small business owners, sole traders and micro‑business operators across the Redlands and the Brisbane Bayside region are welcome to attend as a guest. You can attend as a gust three times before you are required to join. The group includes a friendly mix of industries such as trades, finance, digital services, health and professional services.
Where are the weekly meetings held?
Meetings are held in the Redlands, close to Cleveland, Ormiston, Wellington Point, Birkdale, Alexandra Hills and surrounding suburbs. Our current meeting location is 1 Main Road, Wellington Point. The location is chosen to make it easy for local business owners to connect before the day begins.
What time do meetings start?
Weekly meetings start at 7am and finiches by 8.30am.This allows business owners can make the most of their day. The timing also helps create a productive rhythm that supports accountability and growth within the group.
Is there pressure to bring referrals every week?
There is no pressure to bring referrals. BRBN focuses on genuine relationships, trust and long‑term community connection. Referrals grow naturally as members get to know each other and understand how they can offer support.
How much does it cost to attend a meeting?
The first visit is complimentary for local small business owners. Membership is charged every six months and includes breakfast, meeting costs and community support activities. As a not for profit group, BRBN keeps fees transparent and affordable.
Can I come more than once as a guest?
Guests are invited to attend three times to experience the meeting and the culture of the group. After the first three visits, small business owners are welcome to apply for membership if they feel that BRBN aligns with their goals.
