This March, Dr Jeff Yadlosky (Chiropractor) is hosting a three-part wellness seminar series focused on empowering everyday health choices, starting with a deep dive into how modern lifestyle choices are driving sickness and disease and what steps we can to take to get well and stay well.
First Session: Why Are We So Sick, What Do We Need to do to Get Healthy (Wednesday 18 March | 6 pm to 7 pm)
All over the western world, Australia included, human beings are getting sicker and sicker. Chronic conditions and diseases like; alzheimers, cancer, heart disease, infertility, diabetes, obesity, stroke, allergies and autism are on the rise. In Australia, you have a 43% chance of developing cancer in your lifetime, 66% of adults are either overweight or living with obesity.
In this initial seminar, we will take a deep dive into the factors that are driving the chronic disease epidemic. You will understand how your lifestyle choices (the way you eat, think and move) lead to sickness and poor health outcomes. We will also share with you how to prevent becoming chronically ill yourself.
The series continues with: Nutrition - What foods are Essential to Achieve Wellness and What Foods You Should Avoid like the Plague (Wednesday 25 March | 6 pm to 7 pm)
The last session of the series covers Exercise & Stress - What Exercises are Required for a Strong Body and Mind (Wednesday 1 April | 6 pm to 7 pm)
