Join a koala spotting walk with Ranger Stacey and the Detection Dogs to unlock the secrets of finding koalas on Redlands Coast.
Have you ever been lucky enough to spot a koala in the wild? These fluffy favourites are experts at hide-and-seek, but we’ll show you how to find them.
Join Ranger Stacey and the Detection Dogs for Conservation team for a guided koala-spotting walk, where you’ll learn insider tips and tricks to help you locate these elusive marsupials in your own neighbourhood.
- Guided walks will depart from the Point Halloran Conservation Area carpark
- Walk times: 9am, 10am and 11am
What to bring:
- Enclosed walking shoes
- Sun-safe clothing and a hat
- Sunscreen
- Insect repellent
- Water bottle
Notes: All ages are welcome. Walks run for approximately 55 minutes, and younger children may need support from a parent or guardian.
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
