Introducing Jodie Brooks, a dedicated real estate agent and owner of Jodie Brooks Pty Ltd T/As Jodie Brooks Remax. A recent addition to BRBN, Jodie joined in October 2024, motivated by the opportunity to connect with local business owners she could genuinely get to know, like, and trust. Her mission? To find reliable, high-quality professionals she can confidently refer to her clients.

Finding a Supportive Network in BRBN

Jodie was previously part of informal networking groups but found something unique in BRBN’s structured, yet pressure-free environment. With a mix of friendly professionalism, BRBN enables her to build authentic relationships with local business owners. “I love knowing that everyone respects each other, and I don’t feel obligated to refer just because someone is in a particular category,” she explains.

Growing a Trusted Referral Base

As a real estate professional, Jodie knows the importance of having trusted contacts across various services. Although she’s new to BRBN, she’s already identifying members like Darius Gold, a broker, and Leanne Hetherton from property management, whom she can recommend to clients. From finance experts to tradespeople, BRBN provides Jodie with a network of professionals whose services she’s comfortable endorsing to clients, including those moving interstate who need rental cars and local property services.

Embracing Opportunities and Building Confidence

Although her journey with BRBN has just begun, Jodie sees tremendous potential for business growth through the group’s resources and support. She also values the chance to develop her public speaking skills, aiming to confidently introduce her business at meetings. To streamline member introductions, she suggests a short template covering basics like business focus, services offered, and problems solved.

Future Goals with BRBN

Jodie’s future goals include increasing her comfort with public speaking and deepening the trust with BRBN members, ultimately resulting in more client referrals and connections. As she gets to know the other members better, she’s excited to introduce BRBN to her network, knowing it will only strengthen her ability to provide reliable referrals to clients.
